Brought in to focus on exploring alternative customer profiles as well as developing current client turnover and brand awareness within the Cambridgeshire area. Implementation of a digital strategy including email, increased social presence on LinkedIn and Twitter using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite and Mailchimp. Alongside this, traditional marketing was employed including telemarketing, direct mail and networking events.
As well as this, I oversaw the project of a new website running on WordPress as a CMS. Overseeing all attributes of the website and creating and controlling all web copy, it incorporates tactics such as White Hat SEO, Content Marketing, landing pages for data capture and powerful navigation, all concluding in an online presence superior to the one previous.
